  • Complete on-line application by final Friday of October of sophomore year, which includes:
  1. Essay
  2. Plan for completing pre-requisite and required coursework and Discovery requirements through the Senior year
  3. Two letters of recommendation and a copy of transcript or summary of university/college coursework completed to date, with grades (unofficial transcript is OK, such as scanned copy of Degree Works audit)

Students should review application information for internal transfer students and detailed information about the program on the Occupational Therapy Department website. Students are encouraged to make an appointment with the department’s internal transfer advisor prior to applying or completing fall semester registration.
